| Taking the hand extended to him, Hempel was inducted into the World Council. There, they provided him with a lab and a staggering amount of research funding, and had him endlessly experiment on amplifying Dark power with feelings of negativity. Having become the Dark Genius, Hempel purposely designed the limiters to be easily removed, despite the knowledge that doing so would be a threat to the Sky World. It was all for the higher beings. He offered his creation, [Herz Lüge], as a tribute. |
