A collaboration with Ghost in the Shell appears to be in the works.
The only thing currently known is that the protagonist Kusanagi Motoko is going to show up as a Guerilla Boss.

Anime at last (?). Can't believe it's been almost two years already. Well, at least we already have a lot of story accumulated by now. Also, I hope we'll have more people playing after this, feels like DG is amazingly obscure outside Japan.
...and such bad luck, only 2 new rainbows...
Well, at least one is Lancelot. Still, 90 chips...
Anyone wanted to share their scratch results, post it here! Whether celebrating fesgen scratches, or commiscerating all-gold 9-set scratches, let's do it together!
Picture is optional, though appreciated. Picture can be the scratch result window or newest unit list, in case you missed the screenshot.
Wow, where did that wall of text came from? Got too excited in replying, lol.
"Strongest Unit" is subjective. Tama is seen as strong only because of his Shift IV LS. Unfortunately, a racial based LS such as Beast Rise is finicky. Because you can only use beast units, unless you are very lucky it is difficult to form a single element party as you'd effectively need to form a Beast None Limit party. On the other hand, forming a multi element beast party will reduce your output, compared to a single element party. His(her?) AS and NS2 is admittedly pretty good, but unlike the LS they're not exactly "the strongest" material.
Compare Canaan. Her LS is a Dragon None Rise: Shift III, which while not the strongest is potent enough to be formidable. Add her PS, decreasing rate of panels other than None and Heal, which effectively increased theirs. Top that with her broken Gravity AS, which reduced the enemy current HP by 35%, the strongest in the game. Ease-of-use-while-considering-damage-wise, she's arguably the strongest unit.
Compare Cannon users (Merlin, Crowley, etc). Their AS damage equals to up to 100 times their attack times leader and friend LS. Even more if the party contains multiple Enhance users. There's this official tweet about an experiment on Cannon-type AS, where Units such as Crowley are supported by complete Enhance party resulting in a max damage of 50 million (counting weaknesses). 50 million, without even the use of a single panel. So AS wise, she is the strongest (even if she needed support)
Compare Tobira no Kimi/Master of the Gate. His LS multiplies the party's attack by 12. With another Kimi as friend, the total attack multiplication is now 144. With the right sub units, the party is able to reach several tens of millions of damage in one turn easily, provided the 5 elements condition is reached. The downside is that 5 elements is not exactly easy and the party is practically defenseless which made him the embodiment of the term "Glass Cannon", but total damage-wise he is definitely the strongest.
There are still lots of other "strongest" conditions. Maybe survivability? Uses one element as Panel Barrier while attacking with another? Nullifying a Descend's surekill technique? The point is, in Divine Gate it is difficult to call one character as the strongest, as they have their strength and weaknesses. And even then, some enemies can't be defeated by "the strongest" party, but are doable on others. (I'm looking at you, Saint-rank Gryphus. DAMN YOU GRYPHUS!!! *shakes fist*)
So I thought I'd try translating a few units' stories. It'd be sporadic though, depending on my mood and interest, but better than nothing, right? That said, I would appreciate anyone that can fix my grammar mistakes if there's any, cuz I really don't have any confidence on it.
